Welcome to Contenext (the "App"). The App is developed and operated by Guanyu Huang (individual developer, hereinafter "I", "me", or "my"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

The App is an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered personalized reading platform. All article content is automatically generated by AI algorithms and constitutes fictional creative content. It does not represent real events, real persons, or real organizations. Content provided by the App is for entertainment and reference purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you should use the App under parental or guardian supervision.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address during registration.
• Usernames cannot be changed once set. Please choose carefully.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

4. Content Disclaimer

• All article content in the App is AI-generated and entirely fictional. It does not constitute statements of fact.
• AI-generated content does not constitute professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or investment advice.
• I make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
• Users should not rely on AI-generated content as a factual basis for any decisions.

5. User Conduct

• When posting comments in the community, users must not publish content that is illegal, insulting, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Users must not use the App to engage in any activity that violates the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
• Users must not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or perform other unauthorized technical operations on the App.

6. Intellectual Property

• The design, code, trademarks, and brand elements of the App are owned by me.
• AI-generated article content is owned by me to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• Users retain rights to comments they post in the community but grant me a license to display such content within the App.

7. Service Changes and Termination

• I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time without prior notice.
• I may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
• The App is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation; failing which, the dispute shall be submitted to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for arbitration in accordance with its rules.

10. Multilingual Versions

This agreement is available in multiple languages. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the language versions, the English version shall prevail.
